Tyler Ford is an award-winning nonbinary advocate, writer, and speaker, whose creative and critical writing on queer and trans identity inspires, comforts, and challenges a diverse spectrum of audiences. The former deputy editor of Condé Nast’s them., Grand Marshal of NYC Pride 2018, and a writer for publications including Teen Vogue, the Guardian, Poetry Magazine, Rookie, V Magazine, and MTV ; Tyler’s sphere of influence is wide, reaching hundreds of thousands of readers and helping LGBTQ+ people feel more equipped to express themselves with confidence. From SXSW to Columbia University to Stadtkuratorin Hamburg, Tyler's speaking engagements and performances are known to galvanize and educate. Honored at the 2017 Village Voice Pride Awards as the "young person who best represents the future of LGBTQ+ advancement," the 28-year-old uses their unstoppable voice, passion, and heart to uplift and advocate for queer and trans individuals worldwide.

Tyler made their television debut as a contender on Oxygen's The Glee Project 2 and has since appeared on MTV, PBS, The Feels, and in Tegan and Sara's music video, "Faint of Heart." Tyler is also the voice behind Milo on Amazon's Danger & Eggs, and played the role of Ellis in a developmental reading of Wonder Boi at the New York Musical Festival 2018.
